Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services. By requesting a quote or booking a service with HEATSENSE ECO LTD, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

We provide interior and exterior finishing services including painting, insulation, tiling, plastering, and masonry repairs worldwide. All service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes.

3. Payment Terms

For standard projects, full payment is due on completion. For extended projects, a 25% deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on completion. We accept bank transfer and all major debit/credit cards.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked service in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.

5. Liability

HEATSENSE ECO LTD carries appropriate public liability insurance. We are not liable for defects arising from pre-existing structural issues or unauthorised alterations made by third parties after our work is completed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
