Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HEATSENSE ECO LTD, we want you to feel confident when booking our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, the following refund policy applies.

1. FREE Design Consultation

Our initial design consultation is completely free of charge. No deposit is required and no cancellation fees apply.

2. Cancellations Made 7+ Days Before Work Starts

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

3. Cancellations Made 3–7 Days Before Work Starts

For cancellations between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled start date, a 50% refund of any deposit or payment will be issued.

4. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Work Starts

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are eligible for a 25% refund of any deposit or payment. The remaining balance covers scheduling and material preparation costs.

5. After Work Has Commenced

Once work has started, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed. You will only be charged for work actually carried out and materials already purchased.

6. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking without penalty up to 48 hours before the start date, subject to availability.
